Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zh55 ("zh55", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zh55 website located at https://zh55.cam, including all associated content, features, tools and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

zh55 operates as an online sports betting and casino information platform. We provide information, guides, market overviews and responsible gambling resources primarily for players in Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or such higher minimum age as required by the operator or licence jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the Platform.

zh55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, zh55 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction applicable to the services you are using. Being 18 years of age does not, of itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the Platform.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. • Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of access.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Platform features, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• Registration Information: You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and any other information requested during the registration process. For Pakistani players, this may include your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number or passport details for KYC purposes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zh55 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must notify zh55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, zh55 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically involves submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. zh55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Account Suspension: zh55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where there is reason to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met, that false information has been provided, or that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Outstanding balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms following successful KYC verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions govern all financial transactions conducted through the Platform. All amounts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods may include, but are not limited to, local payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani players such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options. These references are provided as familiar local context only and do not imply that those providers endorse or support gambling services.
• Deposits are generally processed in real time, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zh55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 2,000 unless otherwise specified.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts will not be permitted to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Standard processing typically takes between 24 and 72 business hours following approval of the withdrawal request and completion of any applicable security checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, where technically feasible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• zh55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above PKR 25,000 or where unusual activity patterns are detected.
• Any funds deposited and not used for wagering may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved, particularly where the Platform suspects deposit-and-withdrawal activity inconsistent with genuine gambling use.

Bonuses & Promotions

zh55 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards and other incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus would require PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (often 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free bets expire within 7 days of issuance unless the specific promotion states a longer validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless zh55 expressly permits multiple concurrent bonuses. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse and Fraud: zh55 reserves the right to void any bonus and close any Account where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, use of third-party software, arbitrage betting or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional conditions in bad faith.
• Modification and Withdrawal: zh55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of offers already accepted by eligible users in good faith.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed through the Platform. Market-specific rules applicable to individual sports, tournament types and casino game categories are published separately and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by zh55. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference is generated and displayed to the user. zh55 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by sport, event and market type and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void Bets: zh55 reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or where a palpable error in odds has occurred. Voided bets are returned to the user's account balance at the original stake amount.
• Cricket and PSL Markets: For Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournament fixtures and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team, standard cricket betting rules apply. In the event of a match being reduced by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settled bets remain valid unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. zh55 does not guarantee that all in-play markets will remain available throughout an event and reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a wager must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settling. zh55's decision on disputed outcomes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

Responsible Gambling

zh55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to helping players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools and protections are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly loss limits. Loss limits cannot be increased with immediate effect — a minimum 7-day review period applies to all upward adjustments.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session time limits that will trigger an automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reality-check notifications remind users of the duration of their current session and their net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the user's Account is suspended and they will be unable to log in or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which Account access is temporarily suspended.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or below the minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers or any third-party software to place bets, access content or manipulate Platform functionality.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting promotional conditions in bad faith, or using arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to process proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or associated systems.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written permission from zh55.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, software, betting guides, editorial articles and layout design, is the exclusive intellectual property of zh55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or transmit any Platform content without zh55's prior written consent.
• Use any zh55 trademark, logo or brand element in connection with any product, service or business without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or use Platform data for commercial purposes.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in legal action. Requests for content licensing or syndication should be directed to [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh55 expressly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions, regardless of how odds or market information was presented on the Platform.
• Loss of data, Account access or Platform availability due to technical failure, maintenance or circumstances beyond zh55's reasonable control.
• Reliance on any content, guide, odds comparison or informational material published on the Platform for financial decision-making purposes.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including any providers referenced as familiar local context on this Platform.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

zh55 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, that content will be error-free, or that any particular event, market or promotional offer will remain available. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Amendments

zh55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where zh55 considers an amendment to be material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered users or by prominent notice on the Platform before the amendment takes effect.

For non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively change the meaning of a clause, or the addition of new informational sections, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published and has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh55 is incorporated and operates. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users, zh55 acknowledges the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and does not represent that use of the Platform is authorised under Pakistani law. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local legislation. zh55 makes no representations about the legality of online gambling in Pakistan and this content does not constitute legal advice.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which zh55 operates. You retain any mandatory consumer rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence.
